  Customer service isn't just the way you speak directly to a customer. Your counter is incredibly open and when senior staff is being just unpleasant, nasty, moody, rude and huge attitude to her fellow co-workers... it leaves a customer gob smacked at how this person still has a job. The younger girl staff left work looking incredibly unhappy... I just happened to walk in at the end of her shift. The junior staff gave lovely customer service. The male co-worker tried to communicate with the rude girl of some form of seniority about something and she said she didn't know but she didn't want to listen to the info. As a customer I'm incredulous. Disgusting attitude and unpleasant to listen to... let alone the sadness I felt for anyone working with her unpleasant self. Rude staff member was also eating behind the counter within eye shot of customer... and then eating while walking on the dining room floor and was clearly still working.
  
  Coffee was fine. 2 out of 3 staff great. 1 staff disgusting.

  Okay first drink was actually made good taste like Caramel now all I'm getting is either water or farking coffee do yous know what flavours are ?

  Great place for a quick bite & a cuppa, especially to catch up with friends & family. Convenient location. Ideal for a quick lunch. Reasonable variety & prices.

  By far my favourite coffee shop, the staff are always so lovely and friendly. Make the best coffees in town

  Awesome staff they are really polite, the service is really quick, the drinks are always nice and refreshing and the toasted sandwich are the best.
